What we collect
When you contact us — through the enquiry form, email, WhatsApp or a booked consultation — we receive the details you choose to share: your name, work email, company, role and the description of your project. Nothing is collected silently beyond standard server logs.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and run the engagement you ask us about. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Where it lives
Enquiries and consultation bookings are stored in our own database (hosted by Supabase) and a copy is delivered to our business inbox via our email provider (Resend). Booking confirmations are emailed to you from hello@meridianics.com. We keep correspondence only as long as a business relationship or legal obligation requires.
Your choices
Ask us at hello@meridianics.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you — we honor those requests promptly.
